Throwaway smoke-test module.

This module exists only to exercise the hub publish workflow end-to-end (ParseWAPP, AV scan via clamd, persist version row, mark module published) after the 2026-05-26 deploy that:

1. fixed prod-gen2 clamav Service selector drift (helm --force),
2. taught InitPublish to reap stale scan_status='error' rows on retry.

Safe to yank/delete at any time.
