A per-user tracker of open pull/merge requests and issues across GitHub, GitLab and Bitbucket connections, prioritized into a "what needs me" queue by configurable rules. Sources append observed work items to the tracker's thread; its state projection derives priorities, queue buckets, public meta counts and typed events (review.requested, ci.failed, approved, item.merged, item.stale, …) that automations consume through ports.

Surfaces: the wolfy-j-code-activity page at /code-activity with a live needs-you badge, a REST API under /code-activity, the Code Activity agent capability and a triage prompt, and admin defaults under Settings → Code Activity. A code host plugs in as a wolfy_j.code_activity.host_adapter registry entry.
