The source implements one closed kickside.block/v1 declaration contract:
contract.luavalidates declarations and instance config.lower.luamaps one Block to one native function, Agent, or durable wait node.blocks.luaexposes discovery, exact resolution, description, and headless planning.tool_adapter.luaprojects visible public registry tools into that same catalog without a wrapper or an Agents/Workflows dependency.await.luais the native durable wait node;resume.luaresumes it under the Flow's frozen execution identity.authorize_arm.luaexposes the current actor's authority over an owned parked signal;internal/signal_destination.luamaps the Dataflow-owned inspection API to the Blocks error contract.
There is no runtime declaration lookup, wrapper execution tool, graph-builder return value, compatibility alias, or alternate Block dialect.
